Angela M (Macri) Lafaro

Angela M. Lafaro, 99, a lifelong resident of Port Chester died February 24, 2017. She was born October 4, 1917 to the late Dominick and Maria Briganti Macri. She was married September 26, 1943 in Port Chester, NY to Robert Lafaro. Mr. Lafaro died October 13, 2014.  She worked for Avon in Rye, NY for over 20 years retiring as a supervisor.  Mrs. Lafaro is survived by her son Rocco Lafaro and wife Karen of Shelton, CT., 4 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. Besides her husband she was predeceased by her daughter Donna Miller, brothers Anthony and Frank Macri, sisters, Jennie Sgarlata, Christine Storino, Mary Macri and Minnie Verrastro.  Mass of Christian Burial will be 10AM on Tuesday February 28, 2017 at Holy Rosary Church Don Bosco Pl. Port Chester, NY. Interment to follow at Greenwood Union Cemetery. There will be no visitation. Memorial donations may be made to the Holy Rosary Church
