Celia C (Cao) Maceira

Celia C. Maceira, 79, a resident of Rye Brook, NY died June 13, 2016. She was born December 29, 1936 in Agar, La Estrada, Provence of Pontevedra, Spain to the late Maximino and Elvira Pereiras Cao.  She was raised and educated in Spain and immigrated to the United States in 1965.  She was a homemaker and a parishioner of the Our Lady of Mercy Church in Port Chester. She is survived by her beloved husband Jose A. Maceira and son Benito Maceira both of Rye Brook, NY. brothers, Humberto Cao of McKinney, TX. and Jesus Cao of La Estrada, Spain, sister Hilda Cao of San Sebastian, Spain, grandchildren Kristina and Victoria Maceira of Bethel, Ct.  She was predeceased by her son Jose Antonio Maceira. Visitation will be 5-9PM Friday July 15, 2016 at Craft Memorial Home, Inc. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10AM on Saturday July 16, 2016 at Our Lady of Mercy Church 260 Westchester Ave. Port Chester, NY. Interment to follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery Rye Brook, NY.
