Frances L (Clark) Yarter

Frances L. Yarter, 90, a lifelong resident of Port Chester died May 6, 2016. She was born December 30, 1925 in Port Chester to the late Wilbur and Gertrude Horton Clark. She was raised and educated in Port Chester graduating from Port Chester High School in 1943.  She was married on June 28, 1947 to Leland Yarter. Mr. Yarter died December 7, 2015.  Mrs. Yarter was a clerical worker for Westchester Medical Billing in Port Chester.  She is survived by her son, James Yarter and his wife Debbie of Port Chester, NY., daughter Paula Mastroianni and her husband Thomas of Roanoke Rapids, NC., grandchildren, Benjamin Yarter, Stephen Grisanti and Hope Grisanti, great granddaughter Deana Grisanti, sisters Harriet Ferris of Rye, NY and Barbara Ferris of Memphis, TN, sister in law Elinor Tripp and many nieces and nephews. Besides her husband she was predeceased by her sisters Florence Ferris and Pauline Rosenquest and brother Wilbur Clark.  Visitation will be 4-8PM on Tuesday May 10, 2016 at Craft Memorial Home, Inc.  Funeral Service and interment will be private.
