Magdalene Manos

Magdalene Manos, 88, a lifelong resident of Port Chester died January 11, 2018. She was born May 26, 1929 in Port Chester to the late Thomas and Katherine Moutevelis Manos.  She was raised and educated in Port Chester graduating from Port Chester High School in 1946.  She also graduated from Wood Secretarial School.  Ms. Manos was an employee of I.B.M.  in Armonk, NY retiring in 1988. She was a devoted member of Church of Our Saviour in Rye, NY and was a member of the choir.  She was also a member of the Metropolitan Greek Chorale. She is survived by her sister Sappho Manos of Port Chester, nephews Thomas Manos and his wife Jenny of Port Chester, NY., Paul Manos and wife Cheryl of Old Greenwich, CT. and Steven Manos and wife Maria of Old Greenwich, CT., great nieces and nephews Emma, Alexandra, Peter, William, Lindsey, Bailey, Daniel, Dean and Sam.  She was predeceased by her brother Peter Manos.  Funeral Service will be 10AM  on Saturday January 13, 2018 at Church of Our Saviour 2195 Westchester Ave. Rye, NY. Interment to follow at Greenwood Union Cemetery Rye, NY. There will be no visitation Memorial donations may be made to Church of Our Saviour.
