Mary R. (Carlo) Costa

Mary R. Costa, 96, a resident of Port Chester died January 10, 2016. She was born December 20, 1919 in Rye, NY to the late Joseph and Palmina Quaranta Carlo. She graduated from Port Chester High School in 1937.   Mrs. Costa was a self-employed beautician. She was the widow of Dominick Costa who died in 1978. She was a parishioner of the Corpus Christi Church and a member of the Christian Mothers. She was also a member of the Port Chester Seniors.  Mrs. Costa is survived by her brother Michael Carlo of Hartsdale, NY., 7 nieces and nephews and 11 great nieces and nephews. Besides her husband she was predeceased by her brother Thomas Carlo.  Visitation will be 4-8PM on Tuesday January 12, 2016 at Craft Memorial Home, Inc. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10AM on Wednesday January 13, 2016 at Corpus Christi Church 136 South Regent St. Port Chester, NY. Interment to follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery Rye Brook, NY.
