Mary Vallarelli Pankow, 95, a resident of Port Chester died April 6, 2018. She was born July 24, 1922 to the late Rocco and Mae Mecca Furano.  She was raised and educated in Port Chester and Mamaroneck. She was the widow of Nicholas J. Vallarelli who died in 1956 and the widow of Stanley N. Pankow who died 2001.  Mary was a retired hairdresser. She was a member of the Tamarack Country Club and enjoyed golfing. Mary was a devoted mother and grandmother.  She is survived by her beloved daughters Donna Fesko (Edward) of Greenwich, CT., Jacqueline Bencivenga (Dominic), Maryann Coperine (Peter) and Beverly Pankow-Bunjaporte all of Port Chester, NY, sisters Katherine LaBella and Ann Furano of Port Chester, grandchildren Nick Fesko, Heather Verrastro (Dan), Michael Fesko, Christopher Bisignano (Jackie), Thomas Bisignano (Elizabeth), Dana Rice (Chris), Eric Bencivenga (Stephanie), Jason Bencivenga (Quinn), Peter Coperine (Rina), Megan Chumenti (Vincent), Lauren Coperine, Nick Coperine, Brianna Bunjaporte, and Brittany Bunjaporte, great grandchildren Sam, Daniel, Sarah, Helen, Teddy, Kyle, Christopher, Zachary, Gabby, Hope, Brooke, Eric, Ava, Jason, Vinny, Ryan and Peter.  She was predeceased by her brother Rocco Furano, Jr. and sister Lucille Kahn. Visitation will be 4-8PM on Sunday April 8, 2018 at Craft Memorial Home, Inc. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10AM on Monday April 9, 2018 at Parish of St. John Bosco (Our Lady of Mercy) 260 Westchester Ave. Port Chester, NY. Interment to follow at St. Mary's Cemetery Rye Brook, NY. Memorial donations in memory of Mary may be made to Susan G. Koman Foundation or to the American Heart Assocation.
