Maureen (O'Donnell) DiBuono

Maureen (Mo) Di Buono passed away on July 20, 2016, at age 70. She was born Maureen Patricia O’Donnell on June 28, 1946 in Greenwich, CT to Silas Carter O’Donnell and Nora McKinley O’Donnell.  Known for her contagious laughter, Maureen’s enjoyment in life came from being surrounded by friends and family. She loved helping those in need, and her generous nature touched the lives of all who knew herIn addition to her parents, Maureen is predeceased by two brothers, Thomas O’Donnell and Jon-David O’Donnell, and lifelong friend, Joy Hassan Nuckols, who Maureen regarded as a sister.

Maureen is survived by her husband, Peter DiBuono, of Port Chester; son, David Santorsola; daughter, Jennifer DiBuono Duff and husband Ralph Duff.  She is also survived by brother Timothy O’Donnell and wife Cheryl; brother Michael O’Donnell and wife Sue. Maureen had a special love for her grandchildren (Garrett, Jessica, and Carter), nephews (Tommy, Matt, Ryan, and Jimmy) grand-nieces (Kelsey, Jean), grand-nephew (Kyle), and honorary niece Anika.

A Memorial Service celebrating Maureen’s life is being planned for a later date.
