Michael "Shavy" A. Sciavillo

Michael ”Shavy” Sciavillo, 21, a resident of Port Chester died unexpectedly on December 3, 2016. He was born December 24, 1994 in Cleveland, OH. to Daniel and Lesa Gearhart Sciavillo. He was raised and educated in Port Chester graduating from Port Chester High School in 2013. While in school he played varsity baseball, basketball and football. He was a member of the Challenge Quiz Team at Port Chester High School. He also played with CYO and Corpus Christi CYP.  He is survived by his parents Dan and Lesa Sciavillo,  brother Daniel Sciavillo and paternal grandparents Ray and Theresa Sciavillo all of Port Chester, maternal grandparents Harold and Maurita Gearhart of Columbus, IN, and many aunts, uncles and cousins.  Visitation will be 4-8PM on Friday December 9, 2016 at Craft Memorial Home, Inc.  Mass of Christian Burial will be 9:30AM on Saturday December 10, 2016 at Our Lady of Mercy Church 260 Westchester Ave. Port Chester, NY. Interment to follow at Greenwood Union Cemetery Rye, NY. Memorial donations may be made to the Michael “Shavy” Sciavillo Memorial Scholarship Fund that will be established at Port Chester High School  P.O. Box 1263 Port Chester, NY 10573.
