Richard P Buzzeo

Richard P. Buzzeo, 85, a resident of Greenwich, CT. died January 9, 2017. He was born September 1, 1931 in Port Chester, NY to the late Joseph and Mary Pia Buzzeo. He was raised and educated in Port Chester graduating from Port Chester High School in 1949. He served in the United States Marine Corps. and was discharged April 7, 1959.  Mr. Buzzeo was married to the late Anne Cirincion who died June 10, 2005.  Mr. Buzzeo was a carpenter by trade for local construction union in Westchester.  He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather. He enjoyed trips to Atlantic City with his wife.  Mr. Buzzeo is survived by his daughters, Debra Maselli and husband Ronald of Greenwich, Ct., Sandra Buzzeo Leone and husband Sal Caso of Port Chester, NY., Susan Orol and husband Robert of Stamford, Ct., Kristy Dreher and husband Mike of Greenwich, Ct., Shelia Buzzeo of Greenwich, Ct., son Jerome “Jerry” Buzzeo of Stamford, Ct., grandchildren Alyssa Maselli, Pat A. Leone (Trisha), Aimee (Romanchuk) Domenici (John), Melissa (Giorgi) Siciliano (Tony), Louie R. Giorgi, Dylan Dreher and Hailey Dreher, great grandchildren Nicholas J. Domenici, Matthew P. Domenici, Angelo V. Leone, sister Annette Tudisco of Norwalk, Ct., besides his wife, he was predeceased by his brothers Joseph, Philip, Louis, Jerry Buzzeo and sisters Laura Cofone and Catherine Johnson.  Visitation will be 4-8PM today Wednesday January 11, 2017 at Craft Memorial Home, Inc. Mass of Christian Burial will be 9:45am on Thursday January 12, 2017 at Our Lady of Mercy Church 260 Westchester Ave. Port Chester, NY, entombment to follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery Rye Brook, NY. Memorial donations may be made to St. Jude’s Children's Hospital Memphis, TN.
