Valerie Ann Romanello

Valerie Ann Romanello, 67, a resident of Greenwich, CT. and formerly of Port Chester, NY passed away on March 8, 2015. She was born July 24, 1947 in Port Chester to the late Leonard and Helen DePra Pace. She was raised and educated in Port Chester graduating from Port Chester High School in 1965.  Valerie Ann graduated from Greenwich Hospital School of Nursing and remained a dedicated nurse for the last 45 years.   Among the many honors she received, Valerie was the recipient of the prestigious Helen Meehen Award for Excellence in Nursing in 2011. Mrs. Romanello is survived by her devoted husband Daniel Romanello, her beloved children Daniel Romanello and his wife Tina and Dana Romanello-Flynn and her husband John, grandchildren Pace Romanello, Sean and Jamison Flynn all of Greenwich, CT. She is also survived by her brother Leonard Pace and wife Elizabeth of Pleasant Valley, NY along with an abundance of family and friends.   A memorial mass will be held 11:00AM on Saturday March 14, 2015 at Saint Paul’s Roman Catholic Church 84 Sherwood Ave. Greenwich, CT. There will be no visitation.
