Bernice Catanese Obituary

Bernice A. Catanese, 89, a lifelong resident of Port Chester died July 7, 2018. She was born September 5, 1928 in Port Chester to the late Bernard and Josephine Pasqualine Price. She was raised and educated in Port Chester graduating from Port Chester High School in 1946. She was the widow of Mr. William Catanese who died December 2, 1987. She was a switchboard operator for Bank of New York in White Plains.  Mrs. Catanese is survived by her beloved sons Michael Catanese and his wife Karen of Staten Island, NY., Robert Catanese and his wife Carol of West Harrison, NY. and William Catanese and his wife Patricia of Houston, TX., grandchildren, Kelly Handler, William Catanese, Kristina Catanese, Justin Catanese and Megan Catanese, great grandson Hunter Handler. Besides her husband she was predeceased by her brother Robert Price and niece Robin Price.  Visitation will be 4-8PM on Thursday July 12, 2018 at Craft Memorial Home, Inc. Mass of Christian Burial will be 11AM on Friday July 13, 2018 at the Parish of Saint John Bosco (Corpus Christi) 136 South Regent St. Port Chester, NY. Interment to follow at Greenwood Union Cemetery Rye, NY. Memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association
