Bridget A. (Fitzgerald) Roach

Bridget "Bea" Roach of the town of Shawankunk, Wallkill, NY devoted wife, mother and great grandmother entered into rest on Friday, March 31st at her home with her loving husband , James and her children by her side.  She is pre deceased by her two children, Gail and Billy Roach and grandson Mikey Roach.


She is survived by her husband James, her son Jimmy and daughter Diane Roach, her daughter in-law Joan Roach, and her loving grandchildren: James Roach IV; her great grand child James Roach V and William and Leslie Clearwater.


The daughter of Irish immigrants, the late William (Bill) Fitzgerald and Mary (Ga Ga) Mulchern, was born on October 4th 1931 in Mount Kisco New York and married her childhood sweetheart, Jim Roach; celebrating 65 wonderful years in a loving marriage.  They enjoyed spending their "golden years" on their farm in Wallkill with their beloved pet cats, Ink and Milk and the various litanny of pets throughout the years

Bridget was an active volunteer in Church and charitable organizations and always know for helping others when in need and for her "out of this world" home made apple pies and baked macaroni and cheese. She will  be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her.
