Edith (Lucarelli) Langworth

Edith Langworth, 101, a lifelong resident of Port Chester died June 2, 2019.  She was born October 14, 1917 in Port Chester to the late Andrew and Bridgette Aloe Lucarelli.  She was raised and educated in Port Chester. She was married in Port Chester to Domenick "Benny" Langworth on June 27, 1941 in Port Chester.  Mr. Langworth died May 3, 2018.  Mrs. Langworth was a retired employee of Manhattanville College and a parishioner of the Corpus Christi Church. She is survived by her son Robert Langworth and wife Francesca of Rye Brook, NY and daughter Andrea Ianello of Port Chester, NY., grandchildren Tara Berlingo and husband Richard, Kristin Szygiel and husband Joseph, great grandchildren Brooke and Joseph Szygiel and Deanna and Robert Berlingo.  She was predeceased by her 2 brothers and 3 sisters.
The family wishes to give a special thank you to Patricia, Kadian, Alba and Michelle for taking such good care of our mom.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be 10AM on Thursday June 13, 2019 at Parish of St. John Bosco (Corpus Christi) 136 South Regent St. Port Chester, NY. Interment is Private. There will be no visitation.  In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital Memphis, TN.
