John D Barbero

John D. Barbero,90, a resident of Rye Brook died July 30, 2019. He was born March 30, 1929 in Port Chester to the late George and Teresa Cesario Barbero. He was raised and educated in Port Chester graduating from Port Chester High School in 1946. He then graduated from Catholic University and did graduate study at the University of Rome, Italy.  John was a registered architect and was employed as a designer in New York.  After serving in the army he traveled extensively, mainly in Europe.  He is survived by his sisters Mary Barbero of Rye Brook, NY and Teresa Betz of Bethesda, MD. He was predeceased by his brothers George and Anthony Barbero and sister Betty Longo.  Visitation will be 3-6PM on Wednesday August 7, 2019 at Craft Memorial Home, Inc.  Mass of Christian Burial will be 10AM on Thursday August 8, 2019 at Parish of Saint John Bosco (Corpus Christi) 136 South Regent St. Port Chester, NY.
