Louis M. Bianchi, 90, a resident of Rye Brook, NY died October 18, 2018 at home surrounded by his family. He was born July 22, 1928 in Brooklyn, NY to the late Charles and Elisa Rolandi Bianchi. He was raised in Brooklyn and graduated from Stuyvesant High School. He received his Bachelors Degree from Manhattan College andMasters Degree from New York University. Lou served in the United States Army. He was married September 6, 1952 in Brooklyn, NY to Marie Masi. Lou was a retired financial executive and held senior level positions at AMF and GAF Corporations. His work took him around the world.
He was a longtime parishioner of the Our Lady of Mercy Church in Port Chester where he served as an usher.
Lou was a golfer, avid reader and a New York Times crossword puzzle solver in pen, of course. He was a diehard Mets and Jets fan.
He is survived by his devoted wife Marie Bianchi of Rye Brook, NY., beloved children Richard L. Bianchi and his wife Caroline of Rye, NY Joan Tursi and husband William of Port Chester, NY., and Lynn Alexander and husband Robert of Rye Brook, NY grandchildren Michael Tursi, Alana Tursi, Marielle Bianchi, Madeleine Bianchi and Jesse Alexander. He was predeceased by his brothers Joseph and Charles Bianchi. Visitation will be 4-8PM on Sunday October 21, 2018 at Craft Memorial Home, Inc. Mass of Christian Burial will be 9:30AM on Monday October 22, 2018 at Parish of St. John Bosco (Our Lady Of Mercy)
