Lucy O. Arcila, 68, a resident of White Plains, NY died August 20, 2018. She is survived by her sons, Enrique, Juan, Mauricio and Mario and by daughter Martha. Also survived by 8 grandchildren. Visitation will be 5-9PM on Thursday August 23, 2018 at Craft Memorial Home, Inc. Funeral service will be 8:00PM on Thursday at the funeral home. Interment is private.
