Michael Edmund Catania

Michael Edmund Catania, 68, a resident of Port Chester died December 30, 2019. He was born April 14, 1951 in New Rochelle, NY to the late Sylvester and Irene Cerussi Catania.  He was raised and educated in the Bronx.  Michael was a clerk at the Food Emporium Grocery Store in Rye Brook, NY. Michael is survived by his beloved sister Elissa Ferretti and Michael Wegielski of Port Chester and nephew and niece Joseph S. Ferretti and his wife Stephanie and Diana Ferretti Shusterhoff and husband Sam, great nephew and neices Joey Ferretti, Alexa Ferretti, Eleanore Shusterhoff and Charles Shusterhoff. A Memorial Mass will be held 9:30AM on Saturday January 4, 2020 at Parish of Saint John Bosco (Our Lady of Mercy) 260 Westchester Ave. Port Chester, NY 10573. A committal service will follow at Greenwood Union Cemetery Rye, NY. There will be no visitation. Memorial donations in memory of Michael may be made to the Saint Jude's Children's Research Hospital Memphis TN.
