Theresa (Angeley) Gleason

Theresa Gleason, 86, a resident of Port Chester died November 20, 2018. She was born February 22, 1932 in Port Chester, NY to the late Frank and Katherine Hurley Angeley. She was raised and educated in Port Chester graduating from Port Chester High School in 1950.  Mrs. Gleason was the widow of Robert Gleason who died in 1993.  Mrs. Gleason was a secretary for the New York State Department of Health in New Rochelle, NY. She was a parishioner of the Our Lady of Mercy Church in Port Chester.  Mrs. Gleason is survived by her beloved children Robert Gleason and wife Gail of Stamford, CT, John Gleason and wife Lori of Port Chester, NY, Kathleen D'Andrea and husband Frank of Valrico, FL, Erin Eglinton and husband Bob of New Port, FL, Mary Coleman and husband Brian of Freeport, NY, Rolayne Peterson and husband Ken of Rye Brook, NY, son in law Steve Stemmer of Huntersville, NC, grandchildren Robert Gleason, Michael Gleason, John Gleason, Megan Gleason, Tara Albi, Frank D'Andrea, Anthony D'Andrea, Joshua D'Andrea, Zachary Eglinton, Ryan Eglinton, Samantha Stemmer, William Coleman, Daniel Coleman and Kristen Peterson.  great grandchildren Christopher, Hayley and Aubrey Gleason, Hunter Bodemann, Cassidy, Tyler and Tris D'Andrea and one on the way. Besides her husband she was predeceased by her daughter Susan Stemmer and brother John Angeley.  A memorial gathering will be held 5-9PM on Friday November 23, 2018 at Craft Memorial Home, Inc.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 9:45AM on Saturday November 24, 2018 at St. Paul's Roman Catholic Church 84 Sherwood Ave. Greenwich, CT. Interment is private. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the St. Jude's Children's research Hospital or the Wounded Warrior Project.
