Veronica M (Fox) Forman

Veronica M. Forman, 99, a resident of Port Chester died November 22, 2017. She was born September 17, 1918 in Greenwich, CT. to the late George and Anna Muskus Fox.  She was married to John Forman on November 30, 1947 at St. Mary's Church in Greenwich, CT.  Mr. Forman died January 16, 2007.  She was employed by the Port Chester Public Library and a parishioner of the Sacred Heart of Jesus Church in Port Chester.  She is survived by her daughters Barbara DeMarr of Port Chester, NY and Linda Petitjean and husband Mark of Bluffton, SC., and son Robert Forman and wife Jenny of Gastonia, NC., grandchildren Victor DeMarr, Caitlin Forman, Megan Forman and Caroline Forman, great granddaughter Samantha DeMarr.  Besides her husband she was predeceased by her sister Mary Jankowski and brothers John, Joseph, Stanley and Edward Fox.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30AM on Friday December 1, 2017 at St. Paul's RC Church 84 Sherwood Ave. Greenwich, CT.  Interment to follow at St. Mary's Cemetery Greenwich, CT.  Memorial donations may be to the Arthritis Foundation.
