Adam R. Kiwala, 66, a longtime resident of Greenwich, CT died September 23, 2021 at home surrounded by his family after a fiercely fought battle with pancreatic cancer. He will be remembered for his kindness, generosity and unending optimism. He was born October 20, 1954 in Lancut, Poland to the late Kazimierz and Jozefa Michno Kiwala. He was raised and educated in Poland. Mr. Kiwala was married to Stanislawa "Stella" Maczuga on August 3, 1974 in Brzoza Stadnicka, Poland. He immigrated to the United States in 1975 and worked as a production specialist for Pitney Bowes in Stamford, CT for over 30 years. Mr. Kiwala is survived by his devoted wife Stanislawa "Stella" Kiwala of Greenwich, CT and his beloved children Suzanne Kiwala and her husband Timothy Stakhiv of Madison, NJ, and son Paul Kiwala of Greenwich, CT, dear grandchildren Nicolas Stakhiv and Oliver Stakhiv of Madison, NJ, and Evelyn Kiwala of Pleasant Hill, CA, brothers Tadeusz Kiwala and his wife Malgorzata of Poland, Wieslaw Kiwala and Leslaw Kiwala of Poland and many nieces, nephews and cousins in Poland and the United States.
Visitation will be 4-8PM on Monday September 27, 2021 at Craft Memorial Home, Inc. 40 Leicester St. Port Chester, NY. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30AM on Tuesday September 28, 2021 at St. Paul RC Church 84 Sherwood Ave. Greenwich, Ct. Interment to follow at Saint Mary's Cemetery North St. Greenwich, Ct.
