Agata Maria (Coci) Birittieri

Agata Maria Birittieri, 83, a resident of Port Chester, NY died October 27, 2022 surrounded by her family.  She was born April 4, 1939 in Catania, Sicily, Italy to the late Pasquale and Giovanna D'Antoni Coci. She was raised and educated in Italy and immigrated to the United States in 1960.  Mrs. Birittieri was a homemaker and a skilled nursing assistant at United Hospital in Port Chester and the Port Chester Nursing Home.  She was a parishioner of the Our Lady of Mercy Church in Port Chester.  Mrs. Birittieri is survived by her loving husband Santo Birittieri of Port Chester, NY,  her devoted children Rose DeCarvalho and her husband Frank of Ormond Beach, Fl., Antonio Birittieri of Port Chester, NY and beloved Giovanna  Birittieri of Port Chester, NY and Florida., grandchildren Julia Rose Birittieri, Toni Marie Birittieri, Olivia Grace Birittieri, Francesca Giovan DeCarvalho and Liliana Rose DeCarvalho and nephew Filippo Ferrito and his wife Luisa of West Harrison, NY.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10AM on Monday October 31, 2022 at Parish of Saint John Bosco (Our Lady of Mercy) 260 Westchester Ave. Port Chester, NY. Entombment is private. There will be no visitation.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations in memory of Mrs. Birittieri may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
