Alexander R DeStefano, III

Alexander R. DeStefano, Jr., 63, a resident of New Rochelle and formerly of Port Chester died March 6, 2020. He was born November 1, 1956 in Port Chester to the late Alexander and Margaret Pierro DeStefano.  He was raised and educated in Port Chester. Mr. DeStefano was a retired employee of Yellow Freight in Mount Vernon, NY.  He is survived by his wife, Cheryl Carter of Prospect, CT his children Alexander R. DeStefano, III of Charlotte, NC, Cheryl Marie DeStefano of Milford, PA, and David Matthew DeStefano of East Haven, CT, 4 grandchildren, sisters Debra Garrett of Port Chester, Donna DeStefano of New Rochelle, NY and Margaret Taylor of Meriden, CT. He was predeceased by his brothers Frank Peterson, III and David DeStefano. A memorial gathering will be held 2-6PM on Saturday March 14, 2020 at Craft Memorial Home, Inc. 40 Leicester St. Port Chester, NY
