Anthony Torres

Anthony Torres, 59, of Bronxville, NY and formerly of Port Chester, NY died October 4, 2025. He was born May 22, 1966 in the Bronx to the late Antonio and Aneris LaLuz Torres.  He was raised in the Bronx and graduated from New Rochelle High School.  Anthony was a retired corrections officer with the New York City Department of Corrections. He was also a truck driver for TVD Trucking in the Bronx. Anthony also taught drivers ed with New York Auto School in Eastchester.

Anthony served in the United States Army from 1985-1987.

He was a 15 year member of the Harry Howard Hook & Ladder Company #1 of the Port Chester Volunteer Fire Department. He was the current treasurer and past 1st Lieutenant. 

He is survived by his partner Cynthia Conti of Bronxville, NY.

Visitation will be 4-8PM on Wednesday October 8, 2025 at Craft Memorial Home, Inc.  Funeral Service will be 10AM on Thursday October 9, 2025 at the funeral home. Interment will follow with military honors at Calverton National Cemetery Calverton, LI, NY
