Anthony "Tony" Pecora

Anthony "Tony" Pecora, 76, of Port Richey, FL. died May 29, 2025 peacefully in his daughter Alyson's home surrounded by three of his grandchildren.  He was born June 11, 1948 in Port Chester to the late Peter and Madaline Mazzuca Pecora. 

Tony was a dry cleaner by trade, helping to own and operate his own business in his early years of life with his father.

Anthony was a man who would give you the shirt off his back. A compassionate, loving and dedicated man.  He was always there for those in need. He was a loving father and a devoted Pappa. He fought many battles over the years and had the zest and will to live and thrive, up until his last breath.  He fought and never gave up until God called him home.

He was a lover of all things cars. A car collector and an avid car show attendee/participant, as evidenced by his abundant collection of awards for his cars. If you called his phone and reached his voicemail, you'd hear, "you've reached Joann and Anthony's antique garage..." we hope you are now building the car of a lifetime walking freely in heaven.

You will always be loved and he will be tremendously missed.

He is survived by his children Alyson (Pecora) Ferguson, Jason Pecora, Chiara Pecora, Anthony Pecora, step daughters Patrice Arita and Alison Arita, sisters Ann Marie Gubello and Sally Ann LaBella, grandchildren Courtney Pecora, Lauren Pecora, Jacob Sheltra, Nicholas Sheltra, Madalyna Ferguson, Blake Ferguson and Penelope Marcos, great grandchild Tre Robinson, nephews Craig Gubello, Frank Gubello and Eric LaBella and many other nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life will be announced at a later date.
