Barbara (Schreck) Kravitz

Barbara Kravitz, 86, a former longtime resident of Port Chester, NY died May 11, 2023. She was born April 7, 1937 in the Bronx, NY to the late Harry and Stella Rosenthall Schreck. She was raised and educated in the Bronx.  Mrs. Kravitz is the widow of Herbert Kravitz who died in 1987.  She was a homemaker and a former member of the KTI Synagogue in Port Chester.  She is survived by her sons Marc Kravitz of Greenwich, Ct., and Michael Kravitz of Stamford, CT.,  3 grandchildren David Kravitz, Jeffrey Kravitz and Aliza Mikalos and a great grandchild Olivia Mikalos. Besides her husband she was predeceased by her companion Charles Austin in 2021 brothers Martin Schreck and Seymour Schreck and sisters Sally Zeller, Norma Falcone, Phyllis Wasserman and Rosalyn Farbman.

A graveside service will be held 11Am on Tuesday May 16, 2023 at Riversville Cemetery 49-79 Memory Lane Greenwich, CT
