Bernhard H Wohltmann

Bernhard H. Wohltmann, 86, a resident of Rye Brook, NY died January 3, 2023. He was born November 14, 1936 in Port Chester, NY to the late Bernhard J. and Adele Grotheer Wohltmann.  He was raised and educated in Port Chester graduating from Port Chester High School in 1954 and then went on to graduate from Pace College with a degree in accounting.  Bernhard served in the New York State National Guard.  He was an accountant for Kraft Foods in White Plains, NY in the Logistics Department. He was with the company during their mergers from General Foods and Philip Morris.
 He was a member of the Norwalk Quartet Club and also sang in several choirs.
He is survived by his wife of 25 years Ingrid Wohltmann of Rye Brook, NY., sons Michael Wohltmann and his wife Fernanda of Lithia, Fl. and Robert Wohltmann and his wife Kimberly of Richmond, VA., daughter Carolyn House and her husband Stephen of White House, TN., and step daughter Claudia Meyer and her partner Randy of Winchester, KY. grandchildren Jason Wohltmann, Luke Wohltmann, Jillian Wohltmann, Sydney Wohltmann, Courtney House and Noah House.
Visitation will be 4-8PM on Friday January 6, 2023 at Craft Memorial Home, Inc.  Funeral Service will be 10AM on January 7, 2023 at the funeral home. Interment to follow at Kensico Cemetery Valhalla, NY.
