Elizabeth "Betty" (Munnelly) Seiz

Elizabeth Betty (Munnelly) Seiz went to be with the Lord on Saturday, September 17, 2022 with family by her side. Betty was born in County Mayo, Ireland to the late Theresa and Jack (George) Munnelly. At the age of 18 she moved to Bay Ridge, Brooklyn to live the American Dream. She worked as a Senior Underwriter in Manhattan at Atlantic Mutual Insurance Company for over 30 years. After retiring, Betty and her husband, Lawrence (Chicky) moved to Florida. Betty was a devoted Catholic, attending mass every week. She was quick witted, worked very hard and took pride in what she did. She was a dedicated Aunt and Sister, always helping her family in times of need. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends. She is survived by her sisters, Maureen Passaretti, Eithne Langan, Bernie (Ted) Foley, Kathleen Todd, Francine (James) Murray, her brother Tom Munnelly, her sisters-in-law, Kathleen and Bridie Munnelly and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence, her brothers, Mickey and Padraic, her sister-in-law, Kay Munnelly, her brothers-in-law, Salvatore (Scappy)Passaretti, Roland Todd and Patty Langan.
Visitation will be 9:30AM to 11:30AM on Wednesday September 21, 2022 at Craft Memorial Home, Inc.
Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 12 Noon at Saint Paul RC Church 84 Sherwood Ave. Greenwich, CT. Interment is private.
