Eric R Carter, Sr.

Eric R. Carter, Sr., 59, a resident of Paulsboro, NJ, and formerly of Philadelphia, PA and Port Chester, NY died unexpectedly on August 21, 2025. He was born on July 4, 1966 in Mount Pleasant, NY to the late Nathaniel and Wilhelmina Simms Carter.
He was raised and educated in Port Chester graduating from Port Chester High School in 1984.
Eric was a master contractor owning his own construction company.
He is survived by his longtime companion Maritza Hernandez of Paulsboro, NJ., His beloved children

Angela Carter of Port Chester, NY Raquel Carter of Waynesboro, VA and Michelle Summa of Rye, NY and
9 grandchildren: 1- Stepdaughter 3-Step Grandchildren And a host of Nieces and Nephews and Great Nieces and Nephews

Visitation will be 11am-2pm on Saturday August 30, 2025 at Craft Memorial Home, Inc. Funeral Service will follow 2:00PM at the funeral home. Interment is private.
