Flora (Collini) Mattivi

Flora F. Mattivi, 93, a resident of Port Chester, NY died September 22, 2022. She was born November 14, 1928 in Italy to the late Aquilino and Mary Festi Collini.  She immigrated to the United States at the age of 2 and was raised and educated in the Bronx.  Mrs. Mattivi was a devoted grandmother, mother, and aunt. She was a parishioner of the Corpus Christi Church in Port Chester and was active at the Port Chester Senior Center. Family was everything to Flora, whether it was getting dinner with them, visiting her grandchildren, or spending time at the beach in the summer. Mrs. Mattivi is survived by her beloved daughters Elena Melfa and her husband John of Port Chester, NY and Susan Wittner and her husband Peter of Montville, NJ, grandchildren John Melfa and his wife Valerie, Christopher Melfa and his wife Katie, Alexandra Wittner and Jaime Wittner, great grandchildren Emilia Carhart-Melfa, Luca Carhart-Melfa and Daniel Melfa, nephew Mark Ambrosi and his family. She was predeceased by her sister Jean Ambrosi.
