George A Mansfield

George A. Mansfield, 74, a lifelong resident of Port Chester died unexpectedly on December 26, 2025.  He was born November 20, 1951 in Port Chester to the late George and Evelyn Moore Mansfield.  He was raised and educated in Port Chester graduating from Port Chester High School.  George served in the National Guard.

He was married on June 29, 1973 in Greenwich, Ct, to Donna Yade.

George was a longtime employee for the Village of Port Chester having started in 1972.  He retired in 2020 as Sanitation Foreman.

He was a 30 year member of the Port Chester Yacht Club.

He is survived by his wife Donna Mansfield of Port Chester, NY., daughter Carrie Mansfield Giorno and her husband Vincent, of Mahopac, NY. and son Sean Mansfield and his wife Christina of Port Chester, NY., grandchildren Eric Giorno, Sara Giorno, George Mansfield and Dimitri Mansfield,

George was predeceased by his daughter Ericka Mansfield on May 7, 1993.

A public visitation will be held 4-8PM on Friday January 9, 2025 at Craft Memorial Home, Inc.
