Giuseppina (Groccia) Ritacco

Giuseppina Ritacco, 89, a resident of Port Chester died November 17, 2020 surrounded by her family.  She was born March 21, 1931 in Bisignano, Cosenza, Italy to the late Carmine and Rosaria Mantalto Gruccia.  She was raised and educated in Italy. She was married  December 18, 1954 in Italy to Angelo Ritacco. Mr. Ritacco died in 1984.  She immigrated to the United States in 1972 with her family.
Mrs. Ritacco was a retired employee of J.J. Cassone Bakery in Port Chester.  She was a parishioner of the Corpus Christi Church. Mrs. Ritacco is survived by her devoted children, Maria Renaldo and her husband Felix of Port Chester, NY., Umile Ritacco and his wife Olga of Stamford, CT., Maurizio Ritacco and his wife Dora of Stamford, CT. and Lucia Ritacco-Thron and her husband Douglas of Larchmont, NY., grandchildren Isabella Ritacco, Christian Ritacco, Sofia Ritacco, Annemarie Lupinacci, John Renaldo, Janine Ritacco and Nicholas Ritacco and 6 great grandchildren.  Besides her husband she was predeceased by several brothers and sisters.
