Irene (Annechiarico) Errigo

Irene S. Errigo, 97, a lifelong resident of Port Chester, NY died October 8, 2024. She was born December 29, 1926 in Port Chester, NY to the late Joseph and Vilma Chulda Annechiarico. She was raised and educated in Port Chester graduating from Port Chester High School in 1945. Irene was married on September 3, 1949 to Frank Errigo at Sacred Heart Church in Byram, CT.  Mr. Errigo died August 5, 1992.  Mrs. Errigo was an executive secretary prior to becoming a mother, she was a devoted wife and mother.

Mrs. Errigo was a member of the Saint Paul Evangelical Lutheran Church in Byram, CT. and was also a member of the church's Altar Guild.  She was also a member of the Sokol Club.

Mrs. Errigo is survived by her beloved children Irene Giarolo and her husband David of Greenwich, CT., Frank J. Errigo of Port Chester, NY and Lynn Shields and her husband Timothy, Sr. of Greenwich, CT., grandchildren Frank A. Errigo, Kenneth J. Errigo, Nicole I. Giarolo, Timothy J. Shields, Jr. and Alyson E. Shields and several nieces and nephews.  Besides her husband she was predeceased by her brother Ernest Annechiarico.

Visitation will be from 4-8PM on Thursday October 10, 2024 at Craft Memorial Home, Inc.  Funeral Service will be 10AM on Friday October 11, 2024 at Saint Paul Lutheran Church 286 Delavan Ave. Greenwich, CT., Interment to follow at Greenwood Union Cemetery Rye, NY
