Jesus Lisley Arango

Jesus Lisley Arango, 79, a resident of Port Chester, NY died July 21, 2025 at home surrounded by his family.  He was born January 22, 1946 in Colombia to the late Aurelio and Mercedes Arboleda Arango.  He immigrated to the United States in the early 1980's with his family.  Mr. Arango was a self-employed painting contractor.

He was a parishioner of the Our Lady of Mercy Church in Port Chester.

He is survived by his wife Maria Quintanilla Arango, his beloved children Gladys Arango, Wilmar Arango, Luz Rendon and Sandra Arango all of Port Chester, NY. 6 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. brothers Franklin Arango of Port Chester, NY and Orlay Arango of Colombia, sisters Belarmina Arango, Girleza Arango and Angelica Arango all of Colombia. Mr. Arrango was predeceased by his first wife Ofelia Atehortua the mother of his children in 1995.

Visitation will be 4-8PM on Thursday July 24, 2025 at Craft Memorial Home, Inc.  Mass of Christian Burial will be 9:30AM on Friday July 25, 2025 at Our Lady of Mercy Church 260 Westchester Ave. Port Chester, NY. Interment to follow at St. Mary's Cemetery Rye Brook, NY
