John R Ferraro

John R. Ferraro, 88, a lifelong resident of Port Chester died August 2, 2024. He was born July 14, 1936 in Port Chester to the late Rocco and Angelina Carrieri Ferraro. John was raised and educated in Port Chester graduating from Port Chester High School in 1954.  He served in the United States Army. John was a partner in the Rocco Ferraro Plumbing & Heating business. He was a devoted parishioner of Corpus Christi Church.

John is survived by his beloved siblings, Mary Ann & Frank Latella of Nobelsville, IN, Phyllis F. Vitti of Boston, MA and Donald & Patricia of Port Chester, NY. He is also survived by an extended family of nieces & nephews. 

John was an avid golfer. He also enjoyed following college & professional sports teams.   

 Visitation will be 8:30AM-9:30AM on Friday August 9, 2024  at Craft Memorial Home, Inc.  Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 10AM at Corpus Christi Church 136 South Regent St. Port Chester, NY. Interment to follow at Saint Mary's Cemetery Rye Brook, NY
