Katherine F (Casino) Tigano

Katherine F. Tigano, 98, a lifelong resident of Port Chester died February 8, 2025 at home with her family by her side. She was born September 12, 1926 in Port Chester, NY to the late Joseph and Rose Rinaldi Casino. She was raised and educated in Port Chester graduating from Port Chester High School in 1944. Katherine was the widow of Natale Tigano who died August 9, 2007. She was a medical secretary for Laerdal Medical Company in Armonk, NY. She retired in 1991.  She was a parishioner of the Corpus Christi Church in Port Chester and was a member of the Our Lady of Fatima Institute.

Mrs. Tigano is survived by her sons, Natale Tigano of Port Chester, NY and John Tigano of Brunswick, GA and daughter Carolyn Zimmerman of Summit, NY. Besides her husband she was predeceased by her brothers Joseph and Salvatore Casino and sister's Mary Povella, Raffael (Rae) Telesco and Rosemarie Kolaski.

A service will be held 12 noon on Friday February 14, 2025 at Saint Mary's Cemetery Mausoleum Rye Brook, NY.
