Laura Gabriele

Laura Gabriele, 74, a longtime resident of West Harrison, NY and formerly of Port Chester, NY died March 23, 2026 at home surrounded by her family. She was born November 13, 1951 in Acri, Italy to the late Francesco and Rosaria Cofone Gabriele.  She immigrated to the United States at the age of 9 and settled in Port Chester.  She was a graduate of Port Chester High School in 1971.  Ms. Gabriele was a dental assistant for Eric Marshall, DDS in Port Chester.

Laura was an avid walker, and loved traveling the world.  She loved her flowers and her heirloom fig tree.

She was a devoted mother, grandmother, sister and aunt. She is survived by her beloved son Joseph Iannacchino and his wife Maryann of West Harrison, NY., her dear grandchildren Christian and Olivia Iannacchino of West Harrison, NY., brother Angelo Gabriele of Valley Center, Ca., sisters Maria Ferraro of Rye Brook, NY., Trinity Gabriele of Valley Center, Ca., Rose Roytman of Brewster, NY. and Florence Simpson and her husband Steven of New Fairfield, Ct., and 11 nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her brother Joseph Gabriele and sister Immacolata Baldo.

Visitation will be 8:30am-9:30am on Thursday March 26, 2026 at Craft Memorial Home, Inc.  Mass of Christian Burial to follow at 10am at Our Lady of Mercy Church 260 Westchester Ave. Port Chester, NY. Interment to follow at Greenwood Union Cemetery Rye, NY
