Lorraine A. Esposito, 89, a lifelong resident of Port Chester, NY died October 2, 2024 surrounded by her family. She was born April 9, 1935 in Port Chester to the late Agnes Hensley. She was raised and educated in Port Chester and graduated from Port Chester High School. Lorraine was married on April 25, 1954 to Domenick J. Esposito at the Our Lady of Mercy Church in Port Chester. She started her career as a teacher's aide at Kennedy Elementary School in Port Chester and went on to become a secretary at the Port Chester Middle School. Mrs. Esposito was also a secretary and wore many hats at her family's business Refurbco in Mount Vernon, NY.
She was a devoted parishioner of the Corpus Christi Church in Port Chester.
Mrs. Esposito is survived by her devoted husband Domenick J. Esposito of Port Chester, NY her beloved children Donna Maldonado and her husband George of Rye Brook, NY., Michael Esposito and his wife Jennifer of North Salem, NY., Domenick Esposito and his wife Mary of Greenwich, CT., John Esposito and Carolina of Rye, NY., and Raymond Esposito and his wife Evie of Spring, TX,
Her loving grandchildren George Maldonado (Jaime), Domenick Maldonado (Jamie), Elliot Esposito, Allegra Esposito, Chloe Dukesherer (Rob), Julia Sirignano (Paul), John Carlo Esposito, Victoria Esposito, Vincent Esposito and Matthew Esposito,
great grandchildren Domenick Nico Maldonado, Leo Dukesherer and Artie Sirignano.
Mrs. Esposito is survived by her sister Marilyn DeFalco and her husband Lawrence of White Plains, NY, sister in law Viola Esposito of Rye, NY, sister in law Barbara Bozzuto of Greenwich, CT and by her brother Ronald Bozzuto of Largo, FL., along with many loving nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her brothers Angelo Bozzuto and Donald Hensley.
The family wishes to thank Lorraine's devoted caregiver Rohani Loyola for her care and compassion.
Visitation will be 2-6PM on Sunday October 6, 2024 at Craft Memorial Home, Inc. 40 Leicester St. Port Chester, NY
Mass of Christian Burial will be 11AM on Monday October 7, 2024 at Saint Paul RC Church 84 Sherwood Ave. Greenwich, Ct. Interment to follow at Greenwood Union Cemetery North St. Rye, NY
