Louis L Monti, Sr.

Louis L. Monti, Sr., 87, a lifelong resident of Port Chester died July 10, 2019. He was born August 17, 1931 in Port Chester to the late Louis and Mary Telesco Monti.  Mr. Monti was raised and educated in Port Chester he also served in the United States Navy.  He was a carpenter for several local unions including #279 Westchester County Carpenters Union.  He was the widower of Ann L. Pearce Monti. Mrs. Monti died September 26, 2015.  He was an active and devoted parishioner of the Our Lady of Mercy Church. He is survived by his beloved son Louis L. Monti, Jr. of Palm Beach Gardens, FL. and Robert Monti and wife Anna of Mamaroneck, NY., grandchildren Louis Monti, III, Jayson Monti, Christopher Monti, Jarett Monti, Bridget Kasper, Vincent Monti, Stephanie Bochanski and Amanda Seidenberg, great grandchildren Angel Nieves, Issiac Monti, Ryan Monti, Andrew Monti, Tomas Monti and Jakob Kasper.  Besides his wife he was predeceased by his son Michael Monti, brothers Thomas and James Monti and sisters Clara Passerelli, Katherine DeMane, Carmela Morabito, Antoinette Soracin and Loretta Santora.  Visitation will be 4-8PM on Sunday July 14, 2019 at Craft Memorial Home, Inc.  Mass of Christian Burial will be 9:30AM on Monday July 15, 2019 at Parish of St. John Bosco (Our Lady of Mercy) 260 Westchester Ave . Port Chester, NY. Entombment to follow at St. Mary's Cemetery Rye Brook, NY
