Louis J Pecora

Louis J. Pecora was called home on May 16, 2020. He was born in Port Chester on June 11, 1962 to the late Louis and Josephine DeFranco Pecora. He graduated from Port Chester High School and Iona College with a degree in accounting. He worked for the Joseph Bruno Insurance Agency as a commercial line broker. On October 7, 1990 he married the love of his life, Angela Ciancio at Our Lady of Mercy Church in Port Chester. He was an avid Mets, Raiders, and Sabres fan. He loved spending time with his family especially his granddaughter Arabella. He was most happy being “Poppa” and taking her everywhere to show her off. He enjoyed listening to music in his car, eating a delicious meal, and going on vacation with his family. Lou touched the hearts of everybody he met, and always had a smile on his face. He  was by far the hardest worker you’d ever meet, and was dedicated to his profession. In addition to his wife, Lou is survived by his daughters Jenna, Dara, granddaughter Arabella, and four legged friend Nico. Lou will truly be missed by all that knew him. He will forever be a legend of Port Chester.   In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Shriners hospital for children or st Jude Children’s hospital .
