Mary Rose (Vita) Gasparini

Mary R. (Babe) Gasparini, originally from Port Chester, NY and currently from Hyde Park, NY, died suddenly on Sunday April 26, 2020. She was 92. Mary was born in Port Chester, NY on July 3, 1927 to Joseph and Teresa (Patafio) Vita. She attended Port Chester Public Schools and on February 1, 1948 she married the love of her life Matthew Gasparini. Mary was a loving and devoted wife and mother. The greatest joy of her life was time spent with her cherished grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was an employee of Avon Products in Rye, NY until her retirement. After retirement she became a resident of Poughkeepsie and Hyde Park, NY.
Mary was predeceased by her parents, her bother August (Sonny) Vita and her nephew Joseph Corsaro. She is survived by 2 sons, Philip (wife Gaylene) of Port Chester, NY and Joseph (wife Karen) of Hyde Park, NY; 6 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister Angela Corsaro of Green Acres, FL and many loving nieces and nephews.
