Mary Ramos

Mary Ramos, 90, a lifelong resident of Port Chester died April 8, 2021. She was born July 23, 1930 in Port Chester to the late Manuel and Olivia Texiera Ramos. She was raised and educated in Port Chester. Ms. Ramos was a parishioner of the Holy Rosary Church and a retired waitress from the Doral Arrowwood Hotel in Rye Brook, NY. She was also employed at Avon Corporation in Rye, NY.  She was a beloved Aunt and devoted to her family which was her greatest joy. Her memory will be cherished and live on through the love of family and friends. She is survived by her devoted nieces and nephew, Linda Fisher of Stamford, Ct., Manuel Ramos of Mount Vernon, NY., Olivia Ramos-Nwokocha of Oxford, Ct., and Selena Ramos of Raleigh, NC.,  and many grand nieces and nephews and great grandniece and nephews. Besides her parents Mary was predeceased by her brother Louis Ramos and sister Josephine Ramos.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10AM on Thursday April 15, 2021 at, the Parish of Saint John Bosco (Our Lady of Mercy) 260 Westchester Ave., Port Chester, NY. Interment to follow at Saint Mary's Cemetery, Rye Brook, NY. There will be no visitation.
