Mary Ann (Murphy) Mills

Mary Ann Mills, 92, a resident of Port Chester died April 21, 2021. She was born November 4, 1928 in Newburgh, NY to the late Walter and Anna Kasam Murphy.  She was raised and educated in Port Chester graduating from Port Chester High School.  Mrs. Mills was married on April 22, 1950 to Walter F. Mills at Our Lady of Mercy Church in Port Chester. Mr. Mills died December 19, 1991.  She was a an accounts payable clerk for the Nestle Corporation in White Plains for 35 years.  Mrs. Mills was also the secretary at Our Lady of Mercy Church and retired in 2008.  She was a member of the church's Seton Circle and the Mothers Club.  She is survived by her devoted children Walter Mills of Port Chester, NY and Sharon Fagan of Jefferson, NY, her beloved grandchildren Paul Fagan of Port Chester, NY and David Fagan of Jefferson, NY., great grandchildren Kevin Fagan, Jessica Fagan, Andrew Fagan and Julia Fagan and sister Anna Tompkins of Trumbull, Ct.  Besides her husband she was predeceased by her sisters Margaret Othouse and Timmy Black.
Visitation will be 4-7PM on Monday April 26, 2021 at Craft Memorial Home, Inc.  Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30AM on Tuesday April 27, 2021 at Saint Paul RC Church 84 Sherwood Ave. Greenwich, Ct.  Interment to follow at St. Mary's Cemetery Rye Brook, NY
