Minnie "Peggy" (Rye Brook) Floyd

Minnie "Peggy" Floyd a resident of Rye Brook, NY died December 22, 2020. She was born September 29, 1925 in Port Chester to the late Dominic and Mary Siclare Donase.  She was raised and educated in Port Chester graduating from Port Chester High School. She was married August 11, 1943 to Cecil E. Floyd in Alabama. Mr. Floyd died December 3, 1995.  Mrs. Floyd was an employee of the Lifesavers Company in Port Chester for many years until they closed.  She is survived by her sons James Floyd and his wife Carol of Rye Brook, NY and Ceceil E. Floyd, Jr. and his wife Leslie of Weston, Ct., a sister Georgiana White of Stamford, Ct. and brother Richard Donase of West Bloomfield, MI.,  Besides her husband she was predeceased by her brother Peter Donase. A Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30AM on Monday December 28, 2020 at Saint Paul's Roman Catholic Church 84 Sherwood Ave. Greenwich, Ct.  Interment to follow at Saint Mary's Cemetery Rye Brook, NY. There will be no visitation.
