Ninon A Bernardini

Ninón Angela Bernardini passed away on December 1, 2020, at age 98, in her home in Rye Brook, NY. She was born on October 24, 1922 in Montevideo, Uruguay to Rafaela Santoro and Juan Martignoni. She married Gerardo Bernardini in 1942, and they had two daughters (María del Rosario and Ana María). She worked as a piano teacher in Uruguay, and continued teaching piano after moving to Rye Brook in 1995. She enjoyed playing and teaching piano, reading, drawing, spicy food, and spending time with her family and Rosie (her dog). She is predeceased by her husband Gerardo (1990), her daughter Rosario (1972), and her beloved dog Rosie (2018). She is survived by her daughter Ana Tornini and son-in-law Ruben, her granddaughters Valerie and Veronica Tornini, and her cousins, including Olga Santoro. 
A private prayer service will be held in her memory.
