Nirmal Kumari

Nirmal Kumari, 71, a resident of Port Chester died May 19, 2019. She was born June 10, 1947 in Rohtak, Haryana, India to the late Amar Singh and Nanki Devi. She was raised and educated in India and immigrated to the United States in 1971.  Mrs. Kumari was the widow of Naresh Kumar who died November 14, 2018.  She was an retired employee of Chase Bank in Port Chester that had previously had been Bank of New York.  She was with the bank for over 30 years.  Mrs. Kumari is survived by her son Rajesh Kumar and his wife Kristen of Elmsford, NY, daughters Kalpna Yadav and husband Mohan of Danbury, CT and Archna Curry and husband David of Lindenhurst, NY., grandchildren Amar James Kumar, Liam Naresh Kumar, Rohan Thomas Curry, Maya Elizabeth Curry, Anya Marie Curry, Mansi Yadav, Rhea Yadav and Avani Yadav, brothers Kulbir Singh of India and Dharam Vir Singh of New Jersey, sisters Meva Devi, Santosh Devi, Darshna Devi and Urmila Kumari all of India, Visitation will be 4-8PM on Thursday May 23, 2019 at Craft Memorial Home, Inc. Funeral Service will be 9:00AM on Friday May 24, 2019 at Ferncliff Cemetery Chapel Secor Road Hartsdale, NY.
