Peter J Moran

Peter J. Moran, a longtime resident of Port Chester, NY died April 19, 2026.  He was born November 12, 1933 in the Bronx, NY to the late Robert and Evelyn Brunswick Moran.

He was married on September 10, 1955 to Elaine Barnes. Mrs. Moran died February 5, 2002.

Peter was the owner of Elaine's Seafood in Port Chester, NY and was still working with his family at the business.

Peter was a kind and generous person, who enjoyed telling stories to his friends and family.

He is survived by his daughter Sharon Moran of Port Chester and his grandsons Philip Tremble, Jr. of Rye Brook, NY and Matthew Tremble of Port Chester, NY. and sister Roberta Esposito of Norwalk. Ct and several nieces and nephews.

Besides his wife he was predeceased by his daughter Debbie Moran Tremble who died February 25, 2017,  his grandson Daniel Tremble who died July 21, 2020,  his brother Gene Moran and son in law Philip Tremble, Sr.

Visitation will be 4-8PM on Friday April 24, 2026 at Craft Memorial Home, Inc.  Funeral Service will be 10AM on Saturday April 25, 2026 at the funeral home. Interment to follow at Saint Mary's Cemetery North St. Greenwich, Ct.
