Robert Joseph Kiggins

Robert J. Kiggins, 72, a resident of Port Chester, NY died unexpectedly on June 2, 2022.  He was born October 1, 1949 in Rochester, NY to the late James and Helen Wiesner Kiggins.  He graduated from Boston College with a BA and received his law degree from Cornell University School of Law, as well as an LLM in Taxation from NYU School of Law.  Robert was married to Austa S. Devlin on September 6, 1985 in Harrison, NY. He was an active attorney and partner with the law firm of Culhane Meadows PLLC in New York, NY.  Robert attended the Purchase Quaker Meeting, Religious Society of Friends.  He is survived by his beloved wife Austa S. Devlin, his sons Alexander Kiggins and Graham Kiggins, all of Port Chester, NY., sister Noreen Pitts of Exeter, NH., and brother Rev. Roy Kiggins of Seneca Falls, NY.

Interment will be private. A memorial service will be announced at a later date.
