Robert Parker Trenck, 79, a resident of Norwalk, Connecticut, died on April 14, 2026. He was born on August 9, 1946, to the late Emil and Marion Parker Trenck. He was raised and educated in Rye Brook, graduating from Port Chester High School in 1964. He went on to graduate from Virginia Military Institute and later received his MBA from the University of Pittsburgh.
Robert served in the United States Army as a First Lieutenant and was stationed at Fort Lee, Virginia. During the Vietnam era, he was also assigned to the United States Military Academy at West Point.
After being discharged from the Army, Robert spent many years working for Aperture and Tymshare. He was an entrepreneur who founded DaMik Data Systems and co-founded Berman-Trenck Enterprises.
He was a longtime member of Saint Paul's Lutheran Church in Rye Brook, New York, where he served for many years as an acolyte, usher, and Financial Secretary.
Robert is survived by his devoted wife and high school sweetheart, Missy Trenck of Norwalk, Connecticut; his son, Michael Trenck (Jacquelyn) of Ridgefield, Connecticut; and his six grandsons, Arlington, Dylan, Cameron, Ryan, Zachary, and Joshua. Robert was predeceased by his son, David Trenck, and his brother, Edward Trenck.
Visitation will be held at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 25, 2026, at Saint Paul's Lutheran Church, 761 King Street, Rye Brook, New York. A Lutheran funeral service will follow at 10:00 a.m. Interment will take place at Greenwood Union Cemetery on North Street in Rye, New York.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Saint Paul's Lutheran Church.
