Rosanne (Tozzi) Caggiano

Rosanne Tozzi Caggiano, 80, a resident of Rye Brook, NY died April 3, 2023 surrounded by her family.  She was born October 28, 1942 in New Rochelle, NY to the late Anthony and Theresa Quindazzi Tozzi. She was raised and educated in New Rochelle, NY graduating from St. Joseph's Elementary School in 1956 and Saint Gabriel's High School in 1960 both in New Rochelle, NY. She went on to graduate from the State Univeristy of New York New Paltz in 1964 with a BS in education and a minor in music.  She received her University of New York state  permanent certification K-6th grade in 1975, Rosanne was an elementary school teacher at Jefferson School in New Rochelle from 1964-1975, a Westhampton Mass. Pre School Founder/Head Teacher from 1986-2005.
She studied piano technique and theory from first grade until high school. She went on to teach piano privately in Massachusetts and Rye Brook, NY and instituted musical performances for the NDIC School in Easthampton, Ma.
Rosanne is survived by her beloved children, daughter Jeaninne Comstock and her husband Robert of Rye Brook, NY, and son Anthony Caggiano and his wife Kim of Southport, NC, granddaughters Kathryn, Meghan and Lauren Comstock and grandsons Dylan and Aiden Caggiano, sister Celeste McGuire and her husband Donald of Somers, NY, nieces Nicole (Tim) Lazcano, Heather (Dave) Zimmer, great nieces and nephews Jack and Ainsley Zimmer and Kaitlin and DrewLazcano
Visitation will be 4-8PM Monday April 10, 2023 at Craft Memorial Home, Inc. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10AM on Tuesday April 11, 2023 at Saint Paul Catholic Church 84 Sherwood Ave. Greenwich, Ct. Interment to
follow at Saint Mary's Cemetery Rye Brook, NY.
