Rose (Commisso-Knapp) Lovallo

Rose Commisso Knapp Lovallo, 85, a resident of Port Chester, NY died August 25, 2024 at home surrounded by her family. She was born November 9, 1938 in Yonkers, NY to the late Anthony and Josephine DeRuggiero Commisso. Rose was raised and educated in Yonkers graduating from Commerce High School in Yonkers, NY.

Rose married the love of her life, Patsy Lovallo in Yonkers, NY on September 5, 1987.  She was a computer programmer for Precision Valve in Yonkers, NY and retired in 2003.

She is survived by her devoted husband Patsy Lovallo, beloved children Michelle Gorske (Frank), Lisa Knapp Mercando and Roseanne Baione, step children Theresa Lovallo, Joseph (Shannon) Lovallo, John DeVincentis (Johnna), Maria Carpinello (Michael), Andra Lovallo and Pat Lovallo (Lina), 19 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren. Also survived by her sisters Anne DiPilato and Mary DiGiansante (Lorenzo) and brother Vincent Commisso (Theresa).  She is predeceased by her sister Mildred Lamberti and brothers Carmine Commisso, Frank Commisso and Cosmo Commisso.

Visitation will be 4-7PM on Thursday August 29, 2024 at Craft Memorial Home, Inc.  Funeral service will follow 7:00PM at the funeral home.
